Our company values every customer and regularly ships goods to the European Union and the United States. The prices of sports drugs in our store are significantly lower than in many countries. That is why the demand for orders from Europe is growing. If you place an order from Poland, our managers will process it within two days. The processing time depends on the workload of our employees.

After processing the order, we will send you an invoice. Within three business days, the customer must pay for the ordered drugs and send us a check indicating the date of payment, the transfer amount, and the bank account number to which the money was transferred. The sooner the customer provides us with this information, the sooner we will be able to identify the payment and start receiving the order. Please note that orders from Poland are usually shipped within 4-10 days after receipt of payment.

Please note that if you are paying from abroad, the money will be in our account within 24-48 hours. This should be taken into account, as some customers get very upset when the money does not arrive within half an hour.

Once the package has been picked up and shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your shipment. It is important to note that we are responsible for sports pharmacy orders placed exclusively in Poland. Once the package has cleared customs, we cannot influence the movement of your order.

Our company sells sports medicines and is not a delivery service. For this reason, we have no influence on the delivery conditions and are not responsible for the delivery of orders to Poland. Delivery is made via international mail. The expected delivery time is 6 days on average.

If the customer receives their shipment and notices that it is damaged, we recommend contacting our managers and sending them photos of the shipment within five days. To resolve this situation, sterydysklep.com is ready to offer its customers a discount on their next order.

Our company guarantees the delivery of all orders. If the shipment is returned to our office and has not passed customs clearance, we will refund the customer. Returns are also possible if the customer cancels the order before it is packed.

Please note that a refund is only possible if the package is returned to us. This is due to the fact that some unscrupulous customers demand a refund a week after placing an order, and they will receive it after some time.

How much does shipping to Poland cost?

For orders up to €150, the delivery cost is €35. If the order value is between €150 and €300, the estimated shipping cost is €20. If the customer orders sports pharmaceutical products for a total amount exceeding €300, our company sterydysklep.com covers all shipping costs.

Important: Our online sports medicine store reserves the right to replace a product with the same active ingredient but from a different manufacturer. Such a replacement can only be made if the ordered product is out of stock.

The replacement of goods in an order is always carried out according to the principle: either a product of similar quality and price, or a more expensive product of a higher class.

Thank you for your understanding! You can be sure that you will not lose anything in the event of a replacement of goods in your order, and in most cases you will receive a product of higher quality and more expensive than the one you ordered.

If your order has not been delivered due to our fault, we can offer you a refund or resend the order at our expense and offer you a 15% discount on your next order.

If your order was not received due to your fault (the address was entered incorrectly, the order was not picked up on time, the order was rejected, you were afraid to pick up the order, and other cases), you will have to pay the shipping cost again so that we can resend your order.

Refunds will not be possible as medications are non-returnable by law.
